We guarantee your satisfaction with each of our coaching programs. You are entitled to a complete refund of the money you paid if you do not receive the service as promised . Your Funding guarantee is a “accumulative guarantee” which means you will have accumulated multiple lines of credit which equal your programs coaching guarantee. Yes, some accounts might be cash accounts in the amount of your guarantee after months of coaching; however, your guarantee will be deemed valid if your business has obtained lines of credit to equal your guarantee (i.e. Vendor Credit, Store Credit, Store Cards, Cash Credit Cards. Bank lines of credit). Should your claim for a dispute be accepted, you can expect a refund to be processed and sent to you within thirty (30)business days of your written request. If you have not been enrolled long enough to see the results of coaching, if you have not completed coaching tasks by the deadline outlined in the course, or if you have not kept your credit accounts active and/or current, your request for a refund may be denied.
